Zarsha Leo, the trend-setting restaurant-bar destination for Manhattan’s older singles crowd, has decided to take the plunge and bring their unique brand of fun to the streets (or should we say bars) of Brooklyn. As of next week Brooklynites can walk on over to this New York-based franchise which has established itself on a shady corner overlooking the Gowanus Canal, and order from their long menu of bar-inspired main courses and sides. Also of note is the long, happy wine list, boutique beers from some of Brooklyn’s most beloved breweries, and a nice assortment of fancy cocktails. Especially prominent are the big-screen TVs broadcasting the most important sports events from around the world.

Evan Burschkopf, CEO of Zarsha Leo, is excited to be coming home to Brooklyn with his successful business.

“It is my dream to open one of my restaurants in Brooklyn. Not that many people know that I was born in Brooklyn, not that far away from Gowanus. I am excited, even thrilled, to be able to bring our special blend of fun and entertainment to the fine people of Brooklyn,” exclaimed Burschkopf.
